Sitepal Official Partners

The brilliant news re the “Second Life” project is that we now have Sitepal the number one online talking character creators as our official technical partners.  They are providing all our ongoing talking character technology for the forseeable future.  Its news is even sweeter that the project is officially linked with them as they were always the number one choice whilst writing the concept of Mickey Desantis.  You can still get your own web characters via www.sitepal.com or have a chat with Mickey at www.secondlifemedia.co.uk.  We are expecting some more great news re this project soon so keep in touch.

Sounding good

The storyboarding has begun for the film version of “Second Life” and we are putting together a brilliant team to produce it.  The fantastic news is that “India Mill” the band who did the theme tune for the radio demo have agreed to let us use their fantastic work “Caribesque” for the film.  The tune had the perfect edgy mystery about it and the new version is even better.  Once storyboarding is complete we will be meeting the band to put together incidental music for the film itself.  In the meantime there are exciting rumblings around the sponsorship of the project from some names… Say no more.

The Festival Season

Its that time of year when decisions have to be made about performances in the regular round of festivals etc.  Subject to confirmation we hope to be performing 7/7 live on the 7th July 2011 as part of the “Not Part Of” festival.  There are also plans to present a video/drama/game version of “Second Life” as part of the Chorlton Arts Festival this year.  The radio show is going to be setting up its livestream TV channel with highlights from the show and some of the great artists we have on performing.  As part of that a very different version of the “Beechfest” charity music festival is returning this year.  All those plans are in the early stages at the moment but definately in the pipeline.  Keep in touch
